Establishing a private educational institution in Uganda involves navigating highly complex regulatory frameworks. For Jeph International University, this challenge was amplified by their focus on the core medical and health sciences: Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, and Dentistry. The stringent compliance requirements and administrative hurdles associated with these specialized fields created significant delays in securing their operating license.
